I’m here to help.
I’m Lise, an multi-passionate creative entrepreneur. That means that I get to help you sell your creations (on autopilot), make money with your assets (I'm talking about your knowledge, not those 'other' assets...), and have a little fun while we're doing it. I want you to experience what it’s like to get paid for the content you produce, get the acclaim and recognition you're craving, and take back your own time.
But I'll be honest with you now. It takes work.
But it's oh so worth it when you can turn around to that idiot boss of yours and tell him that you're quitting your cushy job to become a full-time content creator (or whatever you wanna call yourself) and watch him try and process THAT piece of information...
It means that through strategic systems and actionable steps, I help people buy your stuff without a second thought.
It's the knowledge I'll teach you how to use — but proceed with caution... only a select few will grasp its true powers.
In case you’re interested in how I acquired all this knowledge, I’ve got NO special degrees in marketing or writing but I DO have a ton of experience working with creators — and through my own tests and experiments — so I know what works and what doesn't. I spent years studying this stuff, so you don’t have to. Really.
While working a day job and part-time freelance content writing business, I helped people like you turn their ideas into reality and create assets that readers (aka buyers) can't wait to get their hands on.
It was then that I decided that I wanted to help more people and go full-time as a coach.
Hustle & Groove has officially been operating in this capacity since 2014, a few short months after I published my first creative project, a book called, No Gym Needed.
Since then, I've been hooked as a content creator.
I want you to own your own time and do what YOU want. No questions asked.
I was about 34 when I first started to realise that something wasn't right. I remember waking up one Monday morning and feeling sick to my stomach at the thought of going to work...
It was the start of 2011. I'd just come back from 3 weeks vacation and I was NOT excited about work or my job at all.
Which isn't normal for me. I'm a glass is overflowing kinda gal.
That week, I was determined to have a chat with my boss about 'career progression opportunities' to see if I could switch things up a little.
We had that chat on a Friday. It went something like this:
Me: Dee, what are my career progression options? I want to do something different, utilise my skills more. What does that look like for me here?
Dee: Well, short of me retiring, which isn't happening anytime soon, in this department, where you're at is it. You could move into another department, but why would you do that?! We have too much fun here, plus, you make my life so easy. Why bother?
Translation: Zero options for career progression and complete stuckness
I walked away from that conversation in a daze. I spent the weekend depressed and unsure of next steps. I felt completely stuck.
This was a wake-up call for me. I NEVER wanted to feel this way again. I wanted options. I wanted to be in charge of my time and my life.
It made me realize that if I wanted to own my time and be in charge of making my own money, then I had to do something different.
It's time for you to do something different...
Stick around and you'll find out how!
Other ways we're a good match:
- My name is pronounced "Lease" like leasing a car... it's different
- You can win me over with planners (I'm addicted), gifs, and sweets, I LOVE sweets
- I believe you can make a full-time income from your creations without having to work 14-hour days
- I'm pro fur-babies.
- If you're not ready to do hard work and take action, I can't help or work with you. No excuses.
- But... if you're ready to roll up your sleeves, stop watching Netflix and take your creative business by the horns, then let's talk.
- Elizabeth Gilbert is my fav female author.
- David Eddings is my fav male author.
- I'm somewhat of a nerd and slightly quirky... if you spy on me over here, you'll see what I mean.
Other ways we can be awesome together
Honestly, I’m trying to think of a way we are not the perfect match…. I got nothing. You?
You might want to check out The Empowered Hustle Community. We chat about our fav books, what we're working on, celebrate our wins, collaborate, and connect. Yes, it's as awesome as it sounds 😉
I'd be happy to answer them. Then you definitely wanna get into The Empowered Hustle Community... I go live Monday to Friday sharing all my secrets and answering questions... I can't promise it won't come with some crazy cat video or gif attached — where's the fun in that?
