🤯 Pressure Centers:

The Head Center is the center for inspiration, ideas, truths, possibilities. When you have this open/undefined, you can experience mental pressure, self-doubt, and worrying about things you can't control. On the plus side... you'll have ideas flowing to you all the time!

The Root Center is the center for motivation & ambition. If you have this center open/undefined, you can experience pressure to get things done even when they don't really need to be done. It can also be a source of depression and feeling chaotic. On the plus side... you can pick and choose what you're motivated about. The Root Center is also a motor center.

🚘 Motor Centers:

The Solar Plexus Center is the center for emotions. If you have this center open/undefined, then you are cool, calm, and collected by default. Often called "non-emotional" you are empathetic and may experience all the emotions. You're here to help emotionals understand and process their own emotions in a healthy way.

The Heart Center is the center for willpower and desires. If you have an open/undefined heart center, then you might feel unworthy or undervalued. You might find yourself feeling like you have to prove yourself. On the plus side... you can pick and choose what 's of value and what's not.

🙋‍♀️ Awareness Centers:

The Spleen Center is the center for intuition, survival and senses. If you have this center open/undefined, you might find yourself holding on to things much longer than you should. You may also find yourself absorbing everyone else's fears. You're here to shut down the fear and help those who have a defined spleen to drop the fear so we can all tune into our intuition.

The Ajna Center is the center for thinking. This is where information is processed, analyzed, and sorted. When you have this center open/undefined, you might find yourself pretending to be certain when you're not. You don't need to be certain, you just need to be aligned. You have flexibility to form multiple points-of-views.
