Overview

If you're feeling out of alignment, it's likely that you're experiencing conditioning... something we all face when we start the journey into becoming aligned.

As you start to master your strategy and authority, you will start to experience some shifts... you might experience a few a-ha moments as well as run into areas where things might not immediately resonate or work as expected. 

So what does conditioning look like? 

Well, anytime you experience your not-self-theme of bitterness (or annoyance as it can also show up as too), this is a sign that you're out of alignment. This is often because you're potentially acting out of alignment due to conditioning... a belief that you have based on what someone else has told you. You might choose to act on a thought, or move forward with an idea because you believe it's the right thing to do...

Or you've read something that you took action on without first checking in with your strategy and authority.

Basically, conditioning is anything that pulls you away from following your strategy and authority.

Deconditioning through Human Design takes time. For some people, it can take years. There's a lot of conditioning to break away. It can be hard to determine what is truly our nature and what is something we've been taught. 

Use the worksheets to help you navigate your way through this process. 

💡NOTE: Deconditioning can take time. For some, it's 12 months, for others, it can take up to 7 years! Your journey is your journey. Give yourself grace and continue to follow your strategy and authority to keep yourself on track.
