Below you'll find all the individual centers based on having them open or undefined. They are grouped into whether they are a pressure center, a motor or an awareness center.
The way that you'll use your open/undefined centers in your business is to pay attention to the flexibility of how you might use them to grow. You will always follow your strategy and authority, but you have natural strengths within your open centers and complete flexibility in your undefined centers.
It's also about paying attention to your not-self theme as you're more prone to conditioning where you're open.
You'll also see there is a little blurb about each center and the not-self theme of each so you can know immediately when you're off track.
The Head Center is the center for inspiration, ideas, truths, possibilities. When you have this open/undefined, you can experience mental pressure, self-doubt, and worrying about things you can't control. On the plus side... you'll have ideas flowing to you all the time!
The Root Center is the center for motivation & ambition. If you have this center open/undefined, you can experience pressure to get things done even when they don't really need to be done. It can also be a source of depression and feeling chaotic. On the plus side... you can pick and choose what you're motivated about. The Root Center is also a motor center.
The Solar Plexus Center is the center for emotions. If you have this center open/undefined, then you are cool, calm, and collected by default. Often called "non-emotional" you are empathetic and may experience all the emotions. You're here to help emotionals understand and process their own emotions in a healthy way.
The Heart Center is the center for willpower and desires. If you have an open/undefined heart center, then you might feel unworthy or undervalued. You might find yourself feeling like you have to prove yourself. On the plus side... you can pick and choose what 's of value and what's not.
The Sacral Center is the center for life-force/work-force. If you have this center open/undefined, then you might find yourself burning out constantly because you're overusing your Sacral in a way it's not designed to be used. On the plus side... you amplify this energy, so you can use it when you're aligned as long as you switch it off!
The Ajna Center is the center for thinking. This is where information is processed, analyzed, and sorted. When you have this center open/undefined, you might find yourself pretending to be certain when you're not. You don't need to be certain, you just need to be aligned. You have flexibility to form multiple points-of-views.
The Spleen Center is the center for intuition, survival and senses. If you have this center open/undefined, you might find yourself holding on to things much longer than you should. You may also find yourself absorbing everyone else's fears. You're here to shut down the fear and help those who have a defined spleen to drop the fear so we can all tune into our intuition.
The G Center is the center for direction, identity and love. If this center is open/undefined for you, you might feel lost, like you have no real direction. But that is the gift! You don't need to know the direction because you're here to have multiple journey's.
The Throat Center is the center for manifestation and communication. If this center is open/undefined for you, you might find yourself trying to attract attention by talking 'out of turn'. But the gift of an open/undefined throat center is that you can speak in lots of different tones, communicate your message to suit your audience. Follow your strategy and authority for the correct timing to use your voice.
