Lise Cartwright | Full-Time Hustler
Hey there. I can feel your overwhelm from here in my apartment in Brisbane, Australia! And I empathise... Starting and growing your side hustle is super exciting, but also overwhelming and confusing all at the same time.
You've got all these great ideas, but which one should you act on first? Should you build a website even though you don't have any clients or customers? What about list building? And how they heck do you set up a landing page for your services?
Guess what? You can do all of the above once you're clear on your goals and you've got a strategy, a plan to execute. That's what I'm here to help with, and I'm pretty passionate about helping. If you've been hanging out on Hustle & Groove for any length of time, you already know this about me.
What qualifies me to help with all of this? I started this website back in 2013. I set it up on Hostgator, although now I'm with SiteGround. I installed WordPress, setup my custom email domain and installed OptimizePress2, my preferred WordPress theme.
I went on to research keywords to make sure my blog posts were properly optimised, I created posts that were full of information, actionable and value-packed, and I created all the images and videos that went along with this.
I set up landing pages, sales pages, connected opt-in forms to Mailchimp (creating lists as I went) and then moved to ConvertKit and updated all that information.
Basically, I'm a one-woman band and I know my way around all things internet and computer related. I'm a bit of a geek when it comes to all this tech stuff.
I soon found that others needed help in this area and friends that need help starting a website would turn to me, hoping I could help them through all this minutia. I've never not been able to assist someone, whether friend or client.
I'm proficient in a ton of different programs, software, apps etc, such as Mailchimp, WordPress, ConvertKit, OptimizePress2, Scrivener, Evernote, Todoist, Freedcamp, Canva, Google Drive & Docs, Dropbox, Trello to name a few.
My mission is to help as many people start a side hustle and achieve their dreams. If the tech and strategy stuff is holding you back from starting and growing your business, I'm here to help and I'd LOVE to help you get on track so you can do what you love.
